What this fictional sample shows

In this fictional sample, the landlord receives the list of documents the applicant chose to send (each income document is named “Income document”), what is provided, what is declared and what is still to complete, and one point “to clarify” with its reason, “Inconsistent file metadata”: the point is about the file itself, not the person. Applications arrive in order of receipt. With Gestion or Compagnon, if the applicant connects their bank, the observed income is shown next to the declared amount. At $0 CAD the landlord sees a preview of each application; the full application opens with Complet.

Provided
The applicant sent the document.
Declared
The applicant wrote the value themselves; no document carries it.
Verified by …
The value comes from the source named after “by”, not from a document or a statement of the applicant.
To complete
No document has been sent yet for this line.
To clarify
A piece of data in a document does not line up; the reason is written next to it. It is the question to ask the applicant.

Up to 25 checks, depending on the documents provided.
