TurboLease is paid for by the landlord; applying through a landlord's link costs the applicant nothing. To start: $0 CAD, no card, one active address and a preview of your first 20 applications. Complet, $29 CAD a month: 100 applications a month, each in full, for 2 active addresses. Gestion, $79 CAD a month: 200 applications a month, 5 active addresses and the bank connection offered to your applicants, up to 3 a month. Compagnon, $99 CAD a month: 300 applications a month, as many active addresses as you need, up to 4 bank connections a month from the 8th day, and Turbo in your Messages. Your first 7 days at $9.99 CAD, then $99 CAD / month.

How is the price calculated?

By monthly subscription, never a price per applicant or per report. Each plan receives a number of applications a month, counted across every address of the account: 100 with Complet, 200 with Gestion, 300 with Compagnon. The $0 CAD start receives your first 20 applications, in all.

Past the month's number of applications, the link stops accepting applications and nothing is charged; it reopens on the 1st of the next month. No fee is charged per applicant.

An active address is one whose link receives applications: 2 with Complet, 5 with Gestion, as many as you need with Compagnon. Archiving an address frees its place: its link stops accepting applications, and you reactivate it when the unit is vacant again.

A month's bank connections go to applicants in the order they complete them; they do not carry over to the next month.

Billing questions

How do I cancel?

Any time: right away, with the rest of the month refunded, or at the end of the paid month. No indemnity is kept, whatever the plan. Compagnon also ends with one text: STOP.

How does the refund work?

If you cancel right away, the rest of the paid month is refunded pro rata, to the payment method you used. If you cancel for the end of the paid month, nothing is refunded and nothing more is charged.

What do Compagnon's first days cost?

Your first 7 days at $9.99 CAD, then $99 CAD / month. It is one subscription whose first period costs less; the monthly price applies after it. A written notice reminds you of the end of that period and the price that follows, before it ends. The bank connection starts on the 8th day.

I am already a subscriber: does my price change?

No. A subscription keeps the price and the limits of the version of the Terms it was taken under. A change would be announced to you in writing at least 30 days ahead, with the old and the new clause, and you could then cancel at no charge.

Can I change plans?

Yes. An account has one paid plan at a time. Taking a higher plan ends the previous one, with the unused days of its month refunded: on activation for Gestion, once your line is confirmed by your first text for Compagnon. For a lower plan, first cancel the current one, right away or at the end of the paid month.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. The subscription renews every month; Compagnon's, from the end of its first period.

Do my applicants pay anything?

No. Applying through your links costs your applicants nothing: the Civil Code bars a landlord from requiring any sum of money other than the rent (art. 1904 C.C.Q.). You pay for the tool that receives what the applicant sends: you order no check on a person.
