It all happens in Messages.

Bubbles, files, reactions, a contact card: the objects of Messages, in the thread you already read.

Why Messages.

The application is already there. Nothing to download, nothing to set up, no extra password.
You just write. One sentence is enough; the answer comes back in the same place.
The thread keeps everything. Addresses, links and notices stay in a conversation you reread.
A notification you actually see. A filed application lands on the lock screen, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Your applicants pay nothing to apply through your link. The Civil Code bars a landlord from requiring any sum of money other than the rent (art. 1904 C.C.Q.). The link is an option: an applicant may apply another way.

6 · Before you pay.

The line opens with your first textWithout a message within 5 days, the subscription is cancelled and refunded in full.
Cancel whenever you wantFrom your account page: at the end of the paid month, or right away, with the rest of the month refunded pro rata. By writing STOP: the line goes quiet at once and the unserved portion of the period is refunded to you, with no fee and no indemnity.
A line that never opens is refundedAny payment taken for a line that never received a message comes back in full.
